My internet it seems isnt stable, 'neural' kept not downloading fully, some apps kept being missing which was fixed after multiple opus install attempts.

(Didn't occur to me to just remove and reinstall just the package)

I recommend a warning/retry function where part of a package failed to download regardless if files are "important" or not.
