Update quickstart page for Bigscreen Beyond patch #139

This is a small patch ontop of https://gitlab.com/lvra/lvra.gitlab.io/-/merge_requests/120 to fix the Quick Start page as someone on the lvra Discord noticed the discrepancy causing confusion.

On another note, I think this area needs to be further looked into due to it re-referencing the kernel patches that are on the hardware page, allowing for contributors to edit one but forget about the other (such as me 😅).
In fact, the kernel patch referenced in the hardware and quick start sections are already different! (I just unified them to use the one in the hardware page, as that's what I was previously using and know works).
But this is out of the scope of this MR and me (a random contributor), so maybe some maintainers could have a proper look into it if possible?
