Added documentation about patching the edid using edid json tool. This is necessary to make my pimax 5K super work on my NVIDIA wayland setup. regardless of the patched kernel.

Pipeline test for my fork are failing due to commit 0304517dbc that can be found on the ORIGIN branch. Change brought in my commit should not make the pipeline fail if commit 0304517dbc is resolved.
