Mostly pulled from the WiVRn Github, Personal experience, and aspects mentioned elsewhere in the wiki that I believe should also be mentioned here(Vulkan Layers).

Frankly, I have little certainty about how to go about actually contributing, and figured this would be a decent way to start. Should mostly just be small extra notes on WiVRn troubleshooting, along with mention of the Flatpak. If there's any issues or mistakes that I've made, please tell me!
